Request account deletion.

Leave Nitoru, keep your Google account. You can send a request here even if you have already uninstalled the app.

Start with a verified request

  1. Email support@nitoru.com with the subject Nitoru account deletion request.
  2. Identify the Google account you connected to Nitoru. If possible, send from that address. Include the request reference from the app if you have one.
  3. We will verify ownership before any deletion. If you cannot access that address, explain this in your message so support can discuss verification with you.
Compose deletion request

Opens your email app; you review and send the message yourself. No app installation or recovery key is needed to request deletion.

No email app? Copy the request

Select and copy the template below into your usual email service. Add the Google account you connected to Nitoru, then send it to support@nitoru.com. Nothing is sent by this page.

Never send your Google password, recovery key, authentication tokens or the contents of your journal.

What the request covers

Shared cloud workspace

The request covers your Nitoru cloud account and associated Journal, Wallet, Calendar, Goals and Discipline history, plus Nitoru device-access records. It affects the workspace shared by your phone and desktop, not just one installation.

Google account stays yours

Deleting a Nitoru account does not mean deleting your Google account, Gmail or ordinary Google Drive files. Nitoru uses its own hidden Drive application-data folder.

Offline copies are separate

Other devices can retain offline copies, and exported backups are not remotely erased. A request sent from this website cannot erase storage on your phone or computer. Support will explain how to remove those copies separately.

Request status and completion

Sending a request does not delete data immediately. Support verifies ownership and the cleanup steps first. Where in-app requests are available, a Requested receipt confirms intake, not automatic cloud cleanup. Wait for an explicit completion confirmation, including what was deleted and anything that must be retained.

To check progress, reply to the same support conversation and include your request reference, if available. Receiving an acknowledgement is not a confirmation that deletion has finished.

Retention and remaining copies

While a request is pending, existing device and cloud records remain under the retention terms in the privacy policy. Request correspondence and security records may need to be retained to process the request, prevent unauthorized deletion or meet legal obligations. Support must explain any retained data, the reason and the applicable retention period. There is no fixed automatic expiry for encrypted sync history in the current beta.

You may explicitly choose to keep an offline copy on your phone when using a supported in-app flow. That choice means retaining those local records, not deleting all copies everywhere.

Only used Nitoru offline?

If you never connected a Google account, there is no Nitoru cloud account to delete. Android’s app-info settings let you clear Nitoru’s local storage; uninstalling also removes its private app data. Remove any exported backups separately. You do not need to connect Google first.

Disconnecting Google is not account deletion. Do not erase your last approved device or its keys before you have saved anything you want to keep and understood the cleanup steps.
