Your agreement with Nitoru
By downloading or using Nitoru, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.
Nitoru is published by Nikolay Katrosha. In these terms, “Nitoru” refers to the Nitoru application, website, and related services provided by the publisher.
Using Nitoru
You may use Nitoru for lawful personal or business productivity. You are responsible for how you use the application and for the content you place in it.
Do not use Nitoru to break the law, harm another person, interfere with the application or its distribution, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Your content and data
You keep your rights to the journal entries, plans, records, and other content you create in Nitoru. Nitoru does not claim ownership of that content.
Nitoru is local-first. Some optional features use network services only when you choose them or when Windows provides Store services. How data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your device and accounts secure and for maintaining backups appropriate for information that matters to you.
Microsoft Store and optional services
Microsoft Store handles Nitoru installation, licensing, and updates. Your use of those Store services is also subject to Microsoft’s applicable terms.
If you enable an optional feature that uses another provider, such as Google Drive Journal synchronization or weather data, that provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply to its service.
Changes and availability
Nitoru may add, change, or remove features as the product develops. Preview or beta features can be incomplete, change without notice, or become unavailable.
We aim to keep Nitoru reliable, but we cannot promise that every feature or network service will always be available or free from errors.
Nitoru ownership
Nitoru’s software, website, design, name, logo, and other product materials are owned by the publisher or used with permission. These terms let you use Nitoru; they do not transfer ownership of the product or brand.
Important responsibility boundaries
Nitoru is provided on an “as available” basis. It is a productivity tool and is not professional financial, medical, legal, or emergency advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by using or being unable to use Nitoru. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when Nitoru or its legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use Nitoru after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
